CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 lb. cranberries
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Combine all except pecans in saucepan. Cook 10 minutes until cranberries pop open. Add nuts; put in mold and refrigerate.
