1 lb. ground beef 1 onion, diced 1 pkg. taco seasoning 4 tomatoes, diced 1/2 head lettuce, shredded 8 oz. cheese, shredded 1 pkg. corn chips, crushed 1/2 c. water Brown ground beef and onion together; add seasoning and water. Simmer 20 minutes. In a 9 x 13 inch pan, in this order, layer corn chips, hamburger mixture, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese. Place in oven at 450 degrees and heat until cheese melts. Serve immediately. |
