2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
2 whole eggs
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple

Mix flour, soda and sugar together. Then add eggs and pineapple. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool, still a little warm, add frosting.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 box powdered sugar

Mix well over cake while warm. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans. Very good!
