1 yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
1 box of 10x sugar

Mix first three ingredients well and pour in greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Mix last three ingredients well and pour over the above mixture.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes on 350 or until done.
