Mix cake ingredients and bake in 9"x13" pan on 350 degrees for 25 minutes only, do not over bake.

ICING: In saucepan melt one stick butter, add 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/3 cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 box powdered sugar. I mix all this in the saucepan and use my electric mixer to get the lumps out, pour on cool cake.

This is a wonderful cake and unusual recipe, you always have the ingredients!
