WILD RICE HOT DISH 
1 box Uncle Bens long grain & wild rice
1 c. diced celery
1 diced onion
1 diced green pepper
3-4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can cream chicken soup
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
1 can water chestnuts
1 can mushrooms
2 c. diced, cooked chicken

Cook rice according to package. Saute onion and celery. Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can make the day before and refrigerate.
