PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. cooked pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
2/3 c. water

Combine sugar, oil and eggs; stir in pumpkin. Sift together dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture. Add water last and beat thoroughly. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

GLAZE:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together ingredients for glaze. Pour over hot pumpkin bread.
