STUFFED PITAS 
1 head broccoli, flowerettes only, no stalks
1 green pepper
1 tomato
1 1/2 c. diced turkey breast, cooked
1 c. diced cheese (any kind)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Ranch dressing
1 pkg. of 6 sm. pita pockets (cut into halves)

Chop all ingredients into small pieces. Mix together mayo and Ranch dressing, then mix with the vegetables and turkey. Spoon into pitas.
