PITA TOAST PARMESAN 
3 pita pocket breads
1/4 c. butter
1 garlic clove, minced
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. parsley chopped
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Carefully separate pita bread into 2 halves cut each in quarters. Arrange in a single layer insides up, on an ungreased baking sheet.

In a small pan melt butter and mix in garlic, paprika and parsley.

Brush this lightly over pita triangles and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until crisp and golden for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.
