STUFFED BELL PEPPERS 
Saute:

1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1/2 c. chopped onion

Cook:

1/2 c. rice

To meat mixture, add:

Cooked rice
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1/2 can tomato sauce

Season with pepper and a little garlic salt.

Mix 1 1/2 cans of tomato sauce with 1 1/2 tablespoons flour and put in bottom of brown and serve bag. Fill approximately 6 bell peppers with mixture and place in brown and serve bag. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
