SPICE RICE 
1 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. cinnamon and allspice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. raisins (soaked in 1/4 c. water until plumped)
1 apple, chopped
3 c. cooked rice

Melt butter in skillet and add raisings, apples until tender, spices, sugar and rice. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
