POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. white sugar
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. butter, soft
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed fine potato chips
3/4 c. chopped nuts (opt.)

Cream the sugars and butter. Beat in the eggs. Sift the flour and baking soda together and add to the creamed mixture. Stir in vanilla, potato chips, and nuts. Drop by teaspoon 3" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
