ETHEL HILL'S POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. white sugar, creamed thoroughly
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. finely crushed potato chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix in order given; form in small balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven 12 to 15 minutes or until slightly brown. Makes approximately 30 cookies.
