5 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. anise oil
2 tbsp. milk or a little more

Mix thoroughly. Roll out on board and cut into shapes. Bake on greased tin for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
