CRABMEAT ROYAL 
1 lb. crabmeat
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. sherry
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper
Grated cheese

Saute mushrooms in butter 5 minutes. Add onion and cook until tender. Add crabmeat, Worcestershire and sherry. Make a paste of flour and milk. Add to crabmeat mixture and cook until sauce thickens. Salt and pepper to taste. Put mixture into a casserole. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees about 5 minutes.
