3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 sm. onion, grated
1/3 c. ketchup

Mix thoroughly, shake well and often. Prepare at least 12 hours before you plan to use dressing.

Excellent on spinach and tossed salad. Makes 1 quart.
