SPINACH SALAD WITH SWEET AND
SOUR DRESSING
 
1/2 head lettuce
1/2 bag spinach
1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 sm. bunch red seedless grapes
1 sm. Bermuda onion; optional

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vinegar

Put in blender and mix until well blended. Then add 1 cup oil slowly and beat until transparent. Add 1 tablespoon celery salt and beat until blended. Store in a jar in a refrigerator.

This dressing is also good with any mixed salad greens, cucumbers, and tomatoes.
