CINNAMON SYRUP 
1 c. light corn syrup
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. evaporated milk

Combine corn syrup, sugar, water and cinnamon in a saucepan. Bring to a full boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue stirring and boiling for an additional 2 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, then stir in evaporated milk. Serve warm over pancakes, French toast, etc. Makes 4 cups.
