EGGLESS PANCAKES 
2 tbsp. oil
dash of salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
1 c. flour

Mix oil, salt, baking powder and milk. Add flour. Stir together.

Bake on griddle or skillet.

This recipe works well, but I added more milk to thin the batter after the first pancake because it was too thick for my taste, as well as a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg, and a bit of vanilla. Will definitely use this recipe again. :)

Very easy to whip up. I'm very happy with this recipe. Eggs have gotten expensive, and I'm impressed these pancakes turned out so well. I also add a bit more milk the next day. I've also tried eggless recipes for cakes and won't be buying mixes from the store anymore.
