REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 jar sauerkraut, drained
1 can corned beef
14 oz. thousand island
4 slices toasted rye bread
1 lg. pkg. crumbled, cubed Swiss or cover with cheese slices
1 tbsp. caraway seed

Put in 9"x13" pan in above order. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until cheese is melted.
