REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
6 tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
2 tbsp. butter
9 oz. shredded corn beef
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 c. rye bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. caraway seed

Spread sauerkraut in 9"x13"x2" baking dish. Spread with salad dressing and dot with 1 tablespoon butter and caraway seeds. Top with corned beef and cheese. Spread crumbs on top. Dot with remaining butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
