CREAM CHEESE ICING 
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)

Combine butter, cream cheese and vanilla, mixing well. Gradually add confectioners' sugar, beating until smooth. Spread on cooled cake. Ices 1 cake, layer or oblong.
