1 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 c. peanut butter

Stir together sugar and egg then peanut butter. Can also stir in 1 cup chocolate chips. Drop by level tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown on top and bottom. Cookies may be topped with chocolate kiss after taking from oven.
