TOMATO SHRIMP 
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
2 lbs. deveined shrimp
1 lb. sliced smoke sausage
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. water or white wine
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. fried okra (opt.)
1 c. whole kernel corn (opt.)

Saute onions, celery, bell pepper about 5 minutes. Add smoke sausage, tomatoes and tomato sauce for 10 minutes. Now add shrimp, okra, corn, wine, water, salt, garlic powder, pepper, Worcestershire sauce; simmer another 10 or 15 minutes. Serve over rice. Crab meat can also be used.
