GREEK SALAD 
1 head lettuce
Olive oil
Lemon juice or vinegar
1 lb. Feta cheese
Oregano
1 cucumber
2 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes
1 can black olives OR (1/2 lb. Greek olives)
1 sliced green bell pepper
Avocados, sliced
Red onion, sliced
Salt & fresh pepper

Choose a large oblong platter. Line with outer leaves of lettuce head. Tear remaining lettuce into small pieces. Place on platter and season them with a little olive oil and lemon juice, (or vinegar). Sprinkle with salt and fresh cracked pepper. Crumble Feta cheese and put on top of lettuce. Arrange cucumber, cherry tomatoes, onions and green pepper and avocado in circles around the platter. Have fun! The finished creation should be almost too beautiful to eat!

Sprinkle with more olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oregano. Serve as one large salad. Let guests spear what they want. A good summer super with fresh crusty bread!
