GREEK STYLE RIGATONI SALAD 
3 oz. rigatoni or ziti
2 c. torn romaine or fresh spinach
2 sm. tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe or green olives
1/2 c. crumbled Feta cheese (2 oz.)
3 tbsp. olive oil or salad oil
3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/3 tsp. pepper

If using ziti break into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Cook pasta in boiling salt water, allowing 15 minutes for ziti. Drain and rinse with cold water, then drain well.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, romaine or fresh spinach, tomatoes, olives and Feta cheese.
