DIABETIC BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. diabetic butter (Fleischmann's Squeeze Spread)
3/4 c. skim milk

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. Cut in butter until well mixed with first ingredients, then add milk. Knead several times. Roll out on lightly floured board until about 1/2 inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter. Bake on well greased (use Canola oil) pan until browned. Makes 16 biscuits.
