BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1 chopped onion
1/2 c. tomato puree
1/4 c. water
4 lg. potatoes, halved
Dash garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire

Brown chops in heavy skillet without added fat. Combine onion, tomato puree, water and seasoning; pour over chops. Cover; simmer 30 minutes. Add potatoes, continue cooking 40 minutes longer or until potatoes are done.
