GREEN CHILI RELLENOS 
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 lb. cheddar cheese
2 (7 oz.) cans Ortega chilies
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
6 eggs

Grate cheeses and mix together. Slice chilies open and lay flat. Grease casserole dish and layer cheese and chilies (3 layers of cheese, 2 layers of chilies). Beat eggs and add evaporated milk. Pour over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 45 minutes.
