MEXICORN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Quiggs yellow rice
1 (12 oz.) can Mexicorn
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 stick butter
Shredded cheese

Cook rice according to package directions. Combine Mexicorn, soup, butter and rice in a greased casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese. Warm in 400 degree oven until cheese melts. 8 servings.
