GOLDEN NUGGET MEATBALLS 
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 slices bread, crumbled
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. raw carrots, shredded
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Break eggs into a large mixing bowl. Beat slightly. Add milk, salt, pepper and bread. Mix well. Add onion, carrot, cheese and beef. Blend well. Make into large balls (1/2 cup each). Flatten a little.

Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Make a dent on top of meat balls and spread the above mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
