3 eggs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. anisette
3 c. flour

Put all ingredients in food processor. Mix thoroughly. Roll on lightly floured surface until very thin. Cut and fry in hot oil. Drain on paper. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
