STRAWBERRY MAGIC CAKE
10 oz. pkg. miniature marshmallows
18 oz. box yellow cake mix, prepared
3 oz. box strawberry Jello, dry
16 oz. frozen sliced strawberries
Cool Whip, for frosting

Spray 10x13x2 inch pan with Pam. Spread marshmallows evenly in bottom of pan. Prepare cake mix and pour over marshmallows.

Sprinkle dry Jello over cake batter. Drop slightly thawed strawberries by the spoonful here and there, evenly over Jello powder. Then pour 2/3 cup cold water over cake - do not stir!

Bake at 350 degrees, almost an hour or until golden brown on top and toothpick comes out clean. Let stand on wire rack 30 minutes before cutting. Top with Cool Whip and additional strawberries.

Strawberries on top go to the bottom and the marshmallows that are on the bottom come to the top while cake is in the oven. Delicious!

This is an easy, delicious and fun cake. I made it with two of my young grandkids and before going into the oven we said Hocus Pocus bake this magical cake and when they saw how the strawberries and marshmallows flipped from top to bottom they thought that was pretty magical and the BEST cake they ever had!
