1/2 sm. head red cabbage, shredded
1/2 head Romaine, shredded
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. broccoli heads
1 c. frozen peas
1/2 c. diced green onions
1/2 c. diced red bell pepper

Mix lettuce and cabbage. Add other vegetables on top. Use a large deep platter, if possible. This is very "showy." Top with Creamy Tomato Dressing.

CREAMY TOMATO DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 lg. tomato
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper

Blend all ingredients in a food processor, chill. Serves 6.
