DEEP DISH TACO 
3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. water
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 chopped onion
16 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 pkg. taco mix
Green peppers, olives, mushrooms, and green onions (optional)
8 tomato slices
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella, or mixed)

Brown hamburger and onion; drain fat. Add sauce and taco mix. Mix Bisquick and water; pat into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan, pushing dough up the sides also. Pour meat mixture over dough. Sprinkle with your choice of optional ingredients. Place tomato slices in pan. Mix together sour cream and shredded cheeses. Drop in a mound on each tomato slice. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
