2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. oil
2 c. cold water
2 tsp. vanilla

Stir together baking soda, flour, cocoa, salt and sugar. Make 3 holes in mixture and pour in vinegar and oil. Cover with cold water and vanilla. Beat with a fork. Pour into greased 13x8 pan and bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost in pan.
