FIVE-MINUTE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 3/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Oven at 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat at medium speed 2 minutes. STIR in boiling water. Batter will be thin. Pour into two 9 inch round or three 8 inch round or sheet pans which have been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes for round pans or 35-40 minutes for sheet cake pan or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes on rack. Remove from pans. Cool completely before frosting.
