DELMONICO POTATOES 
5 lb. potatoes
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 jar Cheez Whiz
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. butter

Boil potatoes for 1 hour or until soft. Peel potatoes when cooled and cube them into a baking pan. In a medium saucepan add milk, Cheez Whiz, butter and pepper; stir slowly until melted. Add flour slowly until thickened. Pour cheese mixture over potatoes and sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
