DICK'S LOW CAL CHICKEN FAJITAS

Chicken meat
Green bell pepper
Onions

Cut to fajita size.

Lime juice
Low-fat sour cream
No-fat yogurt (plain)
Fresh jalapeno
Fresh cilantro
Fresh cumin
Flour tortillas made without animal fat
Fresh tomato
Fresh lettuce

Marinate the chicken meat in lime juice. Chop up some jalapeno and cilantro. Grind up some cumin.

Make a sauce out of equal parts sour cream and yogurt. Add jalapeno, cilantro and cumin to taste.

Broil the chicken, pepper and onion about 8 minutes. Chop tomato and lettuce. Warm the tortillas. Serve fajita-style.
