GREEN JACKET SALAD 
2 tbsp. safflower oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. Big Boy seasoning (from Shoney's)
1/2 tomato, minced with juice

Mix well all of the above. Add: 4 tsp. parsley flakes 2 tsp. chives (or fresh green onion) 4 tsp. unseasoned croutons

Better - Pita bread - toasted crisply and broken. Serves two large bowls.
