3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. oil
2 c. water

Mix all ingredients in a bowl for a couple of minutes. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
