WHIPPED STRAWBERRY SALAD 
6 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
16 oz. whipped topping

Combine gelatin, cream cheese and boiling water. Beat until smooth. Add frozen strawberries, let stand until slightly thickened. Add whipped topping and beat until well blended. Pour into individual molds or one large mold and chill until set. Unmold on leafy greens garnish with frosted grapes.

To Frost Grapes: Dip in slightly beaten egg whites then in granulated sugar. Let dry on cake rack or waxed paper, best if sugared twice.
