CHRISTMAS CASSEROLE 
7 slices bread, cubed (white, French, or sourdough)
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar
1 lb. cubes turkey, ham
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. non-fat milk
3 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. non-fat milk
Sauteed onions or green peppers; optional

Place bread cubes in bottom of 9 x 13 greased baking dish. Sprinkle cheese and meat over bread.

Beat eggs, mustard, 2 1/4 cup non-fat milk. Pour over bread mixture. Mandatory: refrigerate overnight. Then dilute soup and 1/2 cup non-fat milk. Pour over casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

I've made this every year for at least 5 years its great with French meat pie... love this. I do add more cheese but that's because I love cheese.
