CHOCOLATE SILK PIE 
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate (or 2 heaping tbsp. cocoa)
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

The secret of a silky pie (and not grainy) is to beat 3 minutes after each egg. Pour in baked pie shell. Good served with Cool Whip and chocolate flakes.
