SUMI SALAD 
1 or 2 pkgs. Dole cabbage, cut up
1 or 2 pkgs. Ramen noodles (Oriental flavor)
Sunflower seeds (may substitute sliced)
Almonds, peanuts, etc.
Salad dressings
Smoked salmon (may substitute crab meat, shrimp, ham, turkey or chicken)

Use a large mixing bowl to put the cabbage, small seasoning packet or 2 from the noodle packages, 1 cup seeds or nuts, more if you like, 1 or 2 cups meat. Mix together carefully. Then use your favorite dressings (I combine Dorothy Lynch Home Dressing and Cardini's; s the Original Caesar Dressing) using total of 1 to 2 cups dressing. Then break up uncooked noodles into mixed up salad after you have added the dressing. Mix again.
