SPINACH SALAD 
DRESSING:

1 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. instant onion
Salt to taste

SALAD:

1 lb. spinach (fresh, washed)
1/2 lb. bacon (cooked and chunked)
Red onion rings to taste
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
Bleu cheese to taste
Optional: toasted, slivered almonds

These amounts make enough to double salad ingredients.

I use Real Bacon Bits to taste.

Mix dressing ingredients with wire whisk. Place in a jar and chill (overnight).

Prepare salad ingredients. Immediately before serving toss with dressing. Serves 6-10.
