CORNMEAL FLAPJACKS 
1 c. sour milk
1 c. water
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Stir in sifted cornmeal until thick. Then dip mixing spoonfuls into hot grease like pancakes. Brown on each side. Serve while hot with butter or use for bread with any meal. Add an egg if you like. They are real good.
