NANCY'S CORNMEAL WHEAT CHEESE
MUFFINS
 
GROUP I:

5/8 c. whole wheat flour
3/8 c. cornmeal
1/8 c. wheat germ
1/8 c. Ralston
1/8 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt

GROUP II:

1/2 c. buttermilk
1/8 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 c. grated cheese (Muenster is best)

Mix Group I. Stir in Group II. Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.
