STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
20 med. size mushrooms
1/2 lb. lean ground veal
1 scallion (cut up) or onion to taste
3 water chestnuts
With or without salt to taste
Dash pepper
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tsp. cornstarch

Mix all ingredients together but mushrooms. (Save stems for some other use.) Stuff each mushroom with mixture. Place in baking pan, stuffed side up. Add a little water to pan and bake in preheated oven 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes.

(Can use hamburger instead of veal.)
