RAINBOW CAKE 
1 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
4 eggs, unbeaten
1 1/2 c. cake flour
1/2 c. self rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. butternut flavoring
3/4 tsp. coconut flavoring
3/4 tsp. mello fruity flavoring

Beat sugar and Crisco together 10 minutes. Add eggs. Sift both types of flour together, add milk alternately. Beat on low speed. Divide batter into 3 bowls. Add flavoring into each one. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Yellow layer first, then white, make holes with spoon pour in pink.

ICING:

2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 tbsp. mellow fruity flavoring
1 tbsp. milk

Blend all ingredients until fluffy.
